PRC Table of Specifications
Why LETReviewer treats competencies as first-class rows, versioned per sitting, instead of tags on a question bank.
The ToS is the syllabus
The Table of Specifications tells you what the exam is allowed to ask and roughly how heavily each area is sampled. LETReviewer maps each question to one of those competencies for a specific exam program, such as the March 2026 sitting.
When PRC amends a resolution, we branch a new program. Old attempts keep their old program id so history does not silently rewrite.
What we will not do with it
We will not claim that practicing our items is the same as sitting an official paper. We will not scrape reviewer sites. Alignment means: this item is written to this competency and this Bloom level, then reviewed.
How you will see it in the product
The heatmap is the ToS turned into your mastery. Critical competencies are both low-mastery and high-weight. Today’s focus on the dashboard is one of those, with a one-sentence rationale.
