Refund policy
LETReviewer Plus is a one-time pass, not a subscription. Unused passes can be refunded within 7 calendar days of payment. Email support@letreviewer.ph with your PayMongo payment id. After that window, or after you use a Plus-gated sitting, remaining days are not prorated.

One-time pass
LETReviewer Plus is a 30-day, 60-day, 90-day, or 6-month pass paid in Philippine pesos. The 6-month pass lasts six Manila calendar months from activation. It is not a subscription. It does not automatically renew. When it ends, you return to Free. Learning progress is not deleted.
When Plus starts
Access activates after a verified PayMongo webhook — never from the success URL alone. GCash, Maya, QR Ph, and card are accepted on PayMongo hosted checkout.
7-day unused refund
Request a refund within 7 calendar days of payment if you have not used a Plus-gated sitting: Deep 50, practice beyond the Free daily cap, or a Plus remediation start. Email support@letreviewer.ph with the PayMongo payment id.
After you use Plus
Once a Plus-gated sitting has started, or after 7 calendar days, remaining days are not prorated. The pass was consumed.
Failed or duplicate charges
If PayMongo charged you twice, or a payment shows as failed but still deducted, email support@letreviewer.ph. We refund mistaken charges.
No pass-claim refunds
We do not refund because you did not pass the LET. Nothing on LETReviewer predicts or guarantees a PRC result. A completed refund returns you to Free; it does not delete mastery, mistakes, or attempts.
