BEEd vs BSEd tracks
Which LET you are taking, how weights differ, and what Gen Ed / Prof Ed practice covers today versus Spec practice still locked.
Pick the track you will actually file
Onboarding asks Elementary or Secondary first, then specialization if you need one. That choice is stored on your profile. Changing it later is allowed in Settings, with a confirm step, because the next Readiness snapshot uses the new weights.
BEEd without specialization
Two subtests. Composite is 40% Gen Ed and 60% Prof Ed. Diagnostic, practice, and Gen Ed / Prof Ed subtest mocks are built for this track.
BEEd with specialization or BSEd
Three subtests. Composite is 20% Gen Ed, 40% Prof Ed, 40% specialization. Gen Ed and Prof Ed practice still apply. Spec practice stays locked while majorship banks grow. Timed majorship exams use published items.
The free diagnostic is still Gen Ed + Prof Ed only. After it we say plainly that specialization was not in the 30-item read.
